Soothing Lemongrass Muscle Relax Herbal Bath Salt Sachet can be used for Spa & Relaxation, and /or Aromatherapy Herbal Bath Tea. Lemongrass Bath Sachets, are 5 inch by 6 inch drawstring white satin mesh bags with a scoop of homemade bath salt blend. In the bowl I mixed it in, I began with a peace pattern as I added the ingredients to the bowl, with good intentions for a peaceful relaxing bath.
My homemade blend is made with our whole freshed dried Lemongrass, Chamomile Flowers, and Yarrow leaf with Epson Salt and Lavender Essential and baking soda for ph balance.

Lemongrass is thought to be anti septic, a soothing agent, with skin conditioning and muscle relaxing benefits. Chamomile Flowers also considered to have muscle relaxant and skin conditioning possibilities.
Yarrow is thought to be an astringent with the same muscle relaxant, and skin conditioning effect.
Basically this is a herbal trio of helpful skin herbs, with Epsom Salt and Lavender Essential Oil to help the effect.
Imagine you're relaxing in a giant cup of herbal tea.
Toss Bath Sachet directly in bath for full effect. Can also be hung from bath faucet, or shower so that the water goes through the mess bag, or open bag and use half of bag at a time for foot soaks.

Herbs are packaged by wrapping in brown craft papers bouquets, and fresh herbs, flowers and plant cuttings are packaged with the end of the stems wrapped in damp paper and plastic baggie to stay moist during shipping.
